Warranty Policy Return Policy Shipping Policy Privacy Policy Quality Policy 90-Day Warranty Policy for Empire Tools USA Warranty Coverage 1.1 Empire Tools USA ("the Company") provides a 90-day warranty on all eligible tools sold directly by the Company ("Products"). 1.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the 90-day period from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). 1.3 The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.
